Investigate what options we have to configure Renovate to use less of our build capacity.
Can we, for example, change it to run these builds over a weekend?
Some context:
Our quota is 15 000 mins a month, and the Renovate builds seem to take up a lot of that.
It took 25 000 mins of build capacity over the last month due to it opening PR’s when there are updates.
