And allow access/visibility of the label, for example instead of querying at schema version id hfdgsfanigndignasingiasngiasnggasgasgag, you could query version _victoria.

Consider splitting this ticket in to one for defining the label, and then others for the individual usages (query, set default, get collection etc)
