ref #426, we should adjust doc/databases.md to make it clear that we do not provide prepared protein databases.

Also I personally am quite curious to know if the v2 revindex/LCA database created in #533 will work for protein searches. I'm pretty sure it will in theory, but not sure we do all the necessary things for it to work in practice!

The v2 LCA database will support protein searches with little modification - see #947.

with #1013 we can now provide protein/dayhoff/HP LCA databases, and it seems likely that we will be doing so for GTDB in the near future.
