Publish to Open VSX?

Open VSX https://open-vsx.org/ is the extension registry for OSS builds of VS Code, such as Code - OSS, VSCodium and code-server.
Having steep-vscode released on Open VSX would allow users of such editions (including me, a code-server user) to benefit from the Steep experience.
