Hello,

How can I add Deformable Convolutional layers instead of CNN layers in Faster R-CNN?

I think it doesn't exist yet.

Is this possible? How can I do it?

No, I have not implemented it yet into these models. Will need to research how to do with Faster RCNN pretrained models.
