Cannot find module './utils/getStrictExclusions' #3

The file lib/utils/getStrictExclusions.js which is required from lib/scan.js isn't in the repository.

If you run npm-scan you therefore just get this error message:

Error: Cannot find module './utils/getStrictExclusions'

The file is not used however, so I assume it's not needed for anything.
