Updates to dark current creation script

The descrip keyword is not being populated in the output reference file.
Also, it seems to be setting EXP_TYPE = 'NRC_DARK' which is weird. We don't want that, as that would indicate that the reference file should only be applied to NRC_DARK observations, which makes no sense.
