배경

ECR에 이미지 푸시 중이나 실제 사용하지 않습니다.
현재 production 서버 컨테이너들을 수동 업데이트 중입니다.
dev 서버를 bap에서 myeonglan으로 마이그레이션 진행 중입니다.
스팍스 서비스들을 GHCR로 통일하도록 휠 프로젝트가 추진되고 있습니다.

작업 내용

[] push_image_ecr.yml을 ghcr로 변경
[] production 및 dev 서버 컨테이너 업데이트 자동화 진행
