Add Options: Circle CI Status "Running" #29

Give the user 3 options:

Wait for build (default), timeout after 10 minutes, poll every 10 seconds.
Deploy older build, list the last 3?
Cancel deployment.

I just came to report a better message saying "Your build is still running..." or something. Love your ideas. I think 1 and 3 are the best.

Deploy older build seems like part of a bigger discussion about making it easy to select a build.
