Condense UI on narrow screens

Most of the time, Grant has a test panel open in split screen, thus the actual page is quite narrow like this:

The giant paddings look nice in full screen, but waste too much space on narrower screen

This is an extreme version, and now what we should be going for, but an example of how much more could be displayed if we reduce paddings on smaller screens:
