Extend Specify 7 usage stats reporting

Take a look at what sp6 does and do that - it reports how many times a given feature was used by a given user on a given day.

This would be insanely helpful for the prioritization of features.

The task:
Look into solutions for stats collection and dashboards (so that we don't have to create our own dashboard)
I.e, something like google analytics that can capture data and display it to us, but also were we can send our own types of data (i.e, how many times agent merging was used)
