Inconsistent field labels in QB on CO base table with related fields to COG child/parent

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Querying
CO > Cojo > childCog/parentCog > cogType > type are reduced to "cogType - type"
CO > Cojo > childCog/parentCog > cogType > formatted are reduced to "cogType"

Also, CO > cojo > childCog > formatted shows in results instead of (see 3rd screenshot)

Expected behavior

Include parent or child in the label on the result column header and basic view to clarify the field.
