Describe the bug
prerequisites are not met when jar is used in some not resent OS versions:
unable to start the server due to an error: “ Exception in thread "127.0.0.1:1729::main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /tmp/libspeedbjni7786064885003992882.so: /lib64/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.29' not found (required by /tmp/libspeedbjni7786064885003992882.so”. The installed version of glibc is 2.28-255.el8 from the AWS RHEL 8 repo with no later version available
