自治体の総税額の使途内訳を表示する

要件

  • 税額を使途別に、直感的に比較できる（現状は、丸の大きさ）
  • 大分類⇒小分類のように、表示内容を変更可能

タスク

  • グラフ表示ライブラリの選定（スマホでも見やすい、操作しやすい）
  • グラフ実装
