enable-devtools doesn't work on Linux with spotify downloaded from the AUR. #3326

- Spotify version: 1.2.56.502.ga68d2d4f
- Spicetify version: 2.39.3 (latest)

πŸ“ Description

On Arch Linux, you can download spotify from the AUR, which makes offline.bnk show up in ~/.cache/spotify/offline.bnk, which spicetify doesn't currently look for.
