What happened?

gc all does not reclaim IP addresses not used by sts.

What did you expect to happen?

Successfully recovered abnormal IP address

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Create a set of sts applications and use spiderpool IPAM to assign IP addresses.
  2. Remove spiderpool related notes for sts
  3. Waiting for GC recovery
