Showing committer info of the file

Features:

Show recent or most 5 frequent committers of the file when the tile is zoomed

I add committer info to the tile. It shows up when it is zoomed.
And I start using gh3, which is Github API Wrapper. https://github.com/k33g/gh3

Need some test for this feature.
