Update items in the template

As the present entity activity is no longer controlled by Parameter and the tool/features method, the template needs updating:

Items to be removed

• is_active parameter in all entity classes
• tools, features, tool_features, tool_feature_methods

Items to be added

• the active value of entities to be imported (e.g. the output entities) in the "Entity alternative" tab
  What is the JSON item to map the importation of this item? (ready in SpineInterface?)
