Catch indexoutofbounds in panic handler and send back corrupt message error #276

Currently if a buggy Kafka client sends a malformed message which results in a slice index out of bounds, this results in a panic, which is caught and logged and the connection is closed. Instead we should return a corrupt message kafka error
