Audio sounds incorrect sometimes for CH3 and CH4 #2

For channel 3, it might be NR32:

GB: Bits:6..5 : 00 = mute, 01 = 100%, 10 = 50%, 11 = 25%
MD: Bits:6..5 : 00 = mute, 11 = 100%, 10 = 50%, 01 = 25%

For channel 4, maybe NR43 isn't getting getting nybble swapped?
