Colorization is broken #950

The links to https://people.eecs.berkeley.edu/~rich.zhang/projects/2016_colorization/files/demo_v2/colorization_release_v2_norebal.caffemodel

are broken.

Loading the old files with the sample code results in anerror with OpenCV 4.10:

FAILED: ReadProtoFromBinaryFile(param_file, param). Failed to parse NetParameter file: colorization_release_v2.caffemodel
