One thing that gets me out of bed in the morning is the goal of making your life easier. Sounds corny, I know, but I really enjoy working on simplifying something down to the bare essentials, and getting rid of all the pain points so that it might save you some time.

Forms are definitely in the top three items on the "Biggest WebDev Pain in the Asses" list, and I decided I wanted to do something about that. Did I succeed? I don't know. Hopefully I'm headed in the right direction.

I started this journey over 10 years ago with a project called Formr, but I knew it could be better, and thus Flick was born.
