I'm a British web developer living in LA. My two main hobbies are music and technology.

I have made music for many years, and it is frustrating to have to search and install audio plugins manually. I had the idea to create StudioRack to make life easier for music producers.

StudioRack is an open-source audio plugin ecosystem. The tools are built using GitHub and open-source libraries, ensuring you will always be able to access them. The ecosystem consists of:

• Starter templates use GitHub Actions to automatically build plugins, publishing Windows, Mac and Linux versions directly to GitHub Releases.
• Registry which aggregates all the plugins into a single place.
• Website, app and command line tools allowing you to search the plugin registry for free plugins. You can install and manage plugin versions all from one place.

I've already invested a year of my spare time into the project so far. If you sponsor me I will use the money for StudioRack to acquire new plugins (open-source existing, or commission new)
