Unknown navbar display bug

The current navbar does not function properly as it would in basic bootstrap. The navbar items are always in the collapsed mobile list state, and all items in the navbar stack vertically. Source of the issue may be something to do with our custom component structure. Needs to be looked into

partially fixed, CSS still needs to be fixed to get logo properly displaying. Navbar now properly collapses only on smaller screen size, but displays beneath logo when collapsed instead of on the right side of the screen. Logo also has issues with stretching the navbar out and putting the text at the top
