tags missing in the API

Hello,

The categories were completely removed from the API, and the new “topics” feature is not available. So we’re forced to use tags as a workaround to build categories.

As you can see in the official documentation, the tags should be found in the Designs resource: https://developer.spreadshirt.net/display/API/Designs

We initially reported this problem in August 2019. Spreadshirt said the issue was supposed to be fixed on October 16 “within the course of the day” but it’s still not fixed as of today, as you can see here:

In the demo version, the tags are in the designs resource, so we're looking at the correct resource: https://api.spreadshirt.net/api/v1/shops/100488332/designs/163261757?mediaType=json&apiKey=XXXX

We would appreciate some help with this issue, but we don't know who we should talk to as our previous attempts to report this issue were unsuccessful, so hopefully, Github can help us to get in touch with the developers.
