Spring AI shouldn't fail autoconfiguring when trying to use the component only for vectorization processes

Currently applications fail to autoconfigure and startup correctly when not specifying an implementation for a chat model.
This is weird to me since I assumed you would be able to use Spring AI for independant AI processes such as vectorization and similarity searches in vector stores.

Not defining an AiClient bean shouldn't block the application from starting up
