Full support for JPA 2.0 [SPR-5586]

We will be providing compatibility with EclipseLink 1.1 - and hence the JPA 2.0 preview API there - in Spring 3.0 RC1 already.

However, full support for JPA 2.0 will have to wait for the JSR-317 spec going final, which is currently scheduled for September. Spring 3.1 will be catching up with it.

Done for 3.0 already, against EclipseLink 2.0.0 M7.
