Piotr Findeisen opened SPR-10957 and commented

MBeanRegistrationSupport adds ObjectName-s to registeredBeans set, but never removes them until application is undeployed.

I'm not sure, but this may be resolved by #14086 & Juergen Hoeller's 3dd8175
