Error message when server fails should refer to "Server info" #337

As noted in issue #336, if the Notebook server fails to start, a dialog window is shown with the text:

The Jupyter Notebook server failed to start or it is taking too much time to do it. Please start it in a system terminal with the command 'jupyter notebook' to check for errors.

This should now refer to the "Server info" menu item.
