Theme isn't fully applying

Just comparing my TB window with the screenshot of Full Dark. Just not quite there.
The image comparison kinda speaks 1000 words.

Here are a few of the more obvious things...

• The Mail Toolbar is dark gray instead of light gray. Same with the headings for the mail list.
• Search box is white.
• Bottom status bar is light gray
• The mail list headings aren't styled and have no padding.
• The scrollbar for the folder list is too skinny so the arrows don't have room and are cut off.
• The padding around the subject of the email is super tight and the wrong font (???).
• The hamburger menu is light gray with white text.
• The dropdown menus, like when clicking on Write have a gross 90s look to them.
• I assume there's not supposed to be styling on the lightning calendar as in the original mockup???

So, am I doing something wrong? Any other switches I need to flip?
