Autocomplete, Phase 1

Having a drowdown field, true as autocomplete sort of works. typing a 'b' actually shows 'bear' and 'beard' in the options list. But … there's no way to use the keyboard to select any of these options. Pity … and against the WCAG-2.2/AA standard which demands that websites shall made so challenged people can navigate the page with only key strokes.

I think this is a limitation of the tom select library we are using; it should be reported there

You're suggesting I should report to a third party when I have no means to find out, what causes the problem in the first place? That's like suggesting to call Micrsft when their C-Compiler creates a problem with ****t, causes the app to crash … This is NOT the way development works (and I've been there since the beghinning of the 80's …)
