Could we get blowfish support?

It's so hard to find a free and still updated IRC client for windows these days that supports blowfish. I need it for like 8 channels though. Could this be something added in the future? I would switch if this was possible.

I haven't seen blowfish used for encryption anywhere. only OTR and olm/megolm. Is there some reference implementation/documentation for this? cc @DeyvI5x3LiA9fA4HIkXv
