How to check?
Search in files by regex ".[а-яА-Я]+." and file extension *.tsx.
Now there are 7 components with Cyrillic letters:

CharacterWatcher
ManaOceanEffectSettings
RescueServiceSoundAlarm
RescueServiceTable
ManaOceanLayer
LocationPopup
RescueServiceLayer2

Also need revision of component usefulness.
