Use build.xml to compile the runnable jar.
Use the individual files benchmark-*.xml to perform the experiments through Ant.
Use BenchmarkAnalysis.java to create the final PDFs.
The UDT Toolbox requires use of a 32bit JVM.
Running the algorithm by Sanchez et al. requires a 64 Bit JVM (due the memory requirements of algorithm).
