Thanks for the feature request! For now I would suggest creating a custom filter in Everything that only searches for *.exe or *.lnk and enabling the option "Use Everything filters". That way you can quickly select it by pressing Tab or Shift+Tab. You might also want to enable option "Remember filter" so you don't have to select this filter every time. |

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The old search menu had the advantage to show first Application (mostly .ink that are in the StarMenu folder), so I used it to launch quickly application I want.
Describe the solution you'd like
A way to add folders as a priority list and appear first in the list like a bit how do actually Windows (showing a Application category and then a files one).
