Define a way to clearly distinguish between components we support and external components used in our demos and integrating with our stacks #358

In our demos and stacks we use a mix of components supported directly by the SDP as well as external components that we just offer convenient installation mechanisms for but that would be out of scope for a support contract. A reader of our documentation and website may currently get the impression, that we also support OpenSearch, OpenLDAP, Vector, ...

We need to come up with a way to clearly separate our stack from "external products" and review the existing documentation to apply this.

I agree that we should document this.

Currently the documentation doesn't say anything on stacks. And the demos are, well, demos. I think with the logging it becomes a bit dodgy, because vector isn't optional if you want to have logging.

Also if we want to put more weight on stacks in the future, I think we should bring that out more in the docs, because at the moment they are quite in the background.
