Add Ruby support with Bundler

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Ruby is a pain to deal with unless you're running on Linux or Mac it would be great to be able to have Ruby support in WebContainer so that we can have a full Ruby dev environment similar to what we get with NodeJS

Describe the solution you'd like:

Enable support for running Ruby applications and managing dependencies with Bundler natively in WebContainer.
