Bad info on snapshot creation

Currently says to do:

sudo rm /var/log/slurm*

However this removes /var/log/slurm_jobacct.log which seems to be installed as part of the package install (it's not done directly by the stackhpc.openhpc role) - if this is missing slurmctld won't start, failing with messages including:

error: open /var/log/slurm_jobacct.log: Permission denied
error: Couldn't load specified plugin name for accounting_storage/filetxt: Plugin init() callback failed
error: cannot create accounting_storage context for accounting_storage/filetxt
