   AOScribe is an AI-driven tool designed for transcription and summarization of meeting minutes from audio recordings. The project will encompass the following key components:

a) Audio Processing Module:

• Use existing advanced speech recognition algorithms API to convert audio to text
• Support multiple audio formats (MP3, WAV, M4A)
• Handle multi-speaker recognition, differentiation and sentiment

b) AI-Powered Summarization Engine:

• Utilize natural language processing (NLP) API for content analysis
• Develop custom algorithms for extracting and construction of points and action items
• Provide base data for Syndi AI

c) User Interface:

• Create an intuitive web-based interface for uploading audio files and accessing transcripts/summaries
• Develop Desktop application that is flexible for use on mobile with browsers for iOS and Android platforms
• Implement user authentication and data security measures
• Provide management for audio files and generated reference web data that is accessible

d) Integration Capabilities:

• Develop with a path that will provide for future API integration with other management tools
• Develop with a path that will provide for future API plugins for video conversion to audio file for transcription

e) Accessibility Features:

• Provide with a path way for the ability to Implement speech-to-text for live streaming for audio transcription

AOScribe aims to provide meeting documentation through transcription and AI-driven summarization of meeting minutes. By providing accurate and concise meeting documentation, AOScribe enhances productivity and accessibility for users. Save an estimated 2-3 hours per week for regular meeting participant. Achieve in speech-to-text transcription and AI-generated summaries for savings in time for management tasks. Enable quick review of past meetings through concise summaries. Facilitate better tracking of action items and commitments. Creates a set of data that is searchable for meeting transcripts for organizational knowledge management

Testing has been on my dime need more testing but options to select standard prompt in the lemur and custom prompt or standard transcription in json format

you have to register and you will be notified with log in currently running on local pc us ngrok but working on azure url to run and test
