Refresh token revoked for Spotify

Spotify cannot be added after deletion and some time has passed. The access token will not be refreshed after expiration.

The appearance with a single column of the Spotify block could be better.

Spotify is not currently part of the release, has a bug with refresh token, and needs a version that we submit for review to extend the quota.

The other blocks work well, but small things can be improved in the future. E.g. displaying pinned GitHub projects or projects that the user has significantly contributed to, even if it's not their own repository.
Our own image compression for oversized images could also be an option, and editable fields for links so that each link can be displayed without breaking.

Let's move on and work with the feedback of our users and improve these on the way.
