🐛 Describe the bug

I updated OpenUtau to version 1.549 today after doing a UST, and it's not opening. It tries to open but just refuses to. No pop-ups show up as it stops trying to open.

Explains how to reproduce the bug

1, download a UST from OpenUtau before version 1.549.
2, close the project.
3, start a new one.
4, update OpenUtau to 1.549

macOS 10.15.7

I encountered the same issue previously. Fixed it by installing the .net runtime Mac 8.13. Please choose arm build if you're running in M1-Mx CPU. Otherwise select x86.
