Implement Paying invoices from LSP when payInvoice binding fails

Base branch: develop

Requirements

  • Build logic to use new binding in case paying invoice with existing binding fails
  • Apply this logic just for standard invoices with no route hint (not V2 invoices)
  • Use new LSP when payInvoice binding responde is FAILED or route to pay invoice is not found

Acceptance Criteria

  • Implements logic to pay standard invoice from LSP with new binding when no route is found using the standard binding.
