Restore fixes

Fix restore issues and implement owner info restore

Base branch: develop

Requirements

• Fix restore progress logic based on Android code reference
• Remove alias/picture fields/steps from the restore process
• Restore owner alias and picture from sent messages in history while restoring message
• If owner alias is empty when restore ends (in the case where there are no available sent messages to restore those from) then take user to Profile automatically and show toast asking to finish setting up profile by setting an alias and an optional profile pic (take details from Android code reference)

Acceptance Criteria

• Implements logic and UI to fix restore progress and improve process removing the need to complete alias and picture every time you go through the process
