Implemente Chat read status logic and UI

Base branch: develop

Requirements

Implement logic to get chat read statuses after fetching new messages
Implement logic to set read statuses based on read messages (use Android app as references)

Acceptance Criteria

Implements logic and UI to get and set messages read statuses and show them to the user accurately
