Implement signup flow and UI to be able to signup as a new user (from an invite code)

Base branch: develop

Requirements

  • Build UI for all screens involved in signup process (welcome screen, PIN, nickname and image, etc)
  • Integrate new views with existing signup logic

Acceptance Criteria

  • Implement all the needed views and integrate with existing logic to allow user to signup
