I think it would be great to have a button on the DNS section that allows me to verify the DNS setup. In my experience, there is usually something missing, especially when setting up email DNS. It's not something that we can get right on the first try. Therefore, I suggest a simple interface that allows us to ping or crawl the setup and display the results to the user to ensure everything is working properly.
