[enhancement]: Support for individual read/unread flags per user in shared mailboxes

I propose adding an option to enable individual users to have their own read/unread email status for shared mailboxes.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When multiple users subscribe to a shared mailbox, such as "operations@example.com," any email read by one user is automatically marked as read for all other users. This creates a significant challenge: individual users cannot distinguish between emails they have personally read and those they haven’t. Consequently, users are forced to manually review all emails to determine what is new for them, which can lead to confusion, inefficiencies, and missed communications.
