After read the section "Model Training and Evaluation", and is wondering how folders' structure will be like in OS MS windows.
Since user have to manually setting all the things like environments variables, folders and stanza package,
is it possible having example for OS MS windows?

The primary limitation with the old mechanism was the shell scripts. If you set the environment variables as given in the config.sh script, but do it for Windows instead, you should be able to follow the rest of the steps. I haven't actually tried this yet, though, plus I'm aware that setting this many environment variables will be a pain on Windows. At some point we can try to smooth that out a bit
