Describe the bug
Users' will received Missing credentials with 400 (Bad Request) status code message which returned from server when users perform OTP Code Verification.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Todo Application
  2. Login for Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) User
  3. Type OTP Code
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Users should be able to perform OTP Verification Code Request.

Hi, the issues of committing to master branch has been resolved in order to avoid major error and outage in stable version. As a result, we have revert it to the stable version. This issue may the outcome of recent commit to the master branch, we feel really sorry and the issue is now already been fixed and will be resolved fully in the following version. Thanks.
