Describe the bug
Get Started button in Welcome Component seem not really responsive on Phone Device which has the width under 768px.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Welcome Page
  2. Change the width under 350px
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Badge display should become a block which will be stacked after Get Started button.
